Welcome to Abba Urci
In the heart of the Ogliastra area, in the municipality of Tertenia, there is Abba Urci village, which in the Sardinian slang literally means “sweet water”.
It is a rare pearl set in a valley surrounded by rugged mountains.
There, when these mountains finish in an emerald sea, there rises the Abba Urci village. The villas in all their simplicity are built according to the Sardinian architectural style, no frills so as not to detract from a breathtaking landscape.
Between the villas and the sea there is only the sports area, with tennis courts, beach volleyball and bowls.
In front of the sea you can find a lounge bar with restaurant where you can taste the best Italian cuisine.
Nearby is the Foxi Manna beach, very long and full of shells. The water is transparent and the sand is clear.
You may not even lose a second of your precious sun-tanning time, everything has been organized so that you may taste the delicious Sardinian cuisine then and there on the beach.
At the end of your stay, there is no doubt that you will be so relaxed and immersed in this romantic setting so as to no longer distinguish the barrier between the colour of the sea and of the sky.
Holiday home
The house is located in front of the sea, in first row. Abba Urci is a residence where all the houses look at the sea.
The house has a little private garden inserted in a larger one with the swimming pool reserved for only 4 houses.
Around the pool are a wide sun-screening umbrella, two sunbeds and a small table. It is decorated with blue overtones, resembling the colour of the sea. There are a beautiful living with a kitchen in wall and a relax zone with a blue sofa, table and TV with satellite connection.
There are also 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
All the windows are screened against bugs and mosquitoes and are built in wood with a sound-proof, double glass window that also contains adjustable sun screens.
The entire house is centrally heated and air conditioned.
In the back, directly on the access road to the house, inside the village, there is a terrace with washing machine and drying racks.
There is also, in the front of the garden, a terrace with a large table and six chairs and a living room where one can pleasantly rest during the warm summer nights. For sports enthusiasts there is also an exercise bike.
Indeed, it is a charming tradition for some farmers and local residents to spontaneously offer tourists their home made products, which are generally renown for their freshness.

The best place to watch the sunset in a romantic atmosphere and maybe have a glass of wine is in our Shardan, an exclusive lounge bar and restaurant
Beach:
Foxi Manna beach, almost a kilometer long of fine sand, is a rare white pearl. It offers both free areas and areas equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and restaurants. In the evening, the music starts at aperitif time.
Panoramas:
You can make many excursions from which to admire breathtaking landscapes. The view of the sea from the nearby Monte Ferru offers unique emotions
